CPR Course Connector is a scheduling and course-connection platform designed to connect instructors, training sites, and students for CPR and related educational courses. CPR Course Connector does not provide CPR instruction, certification, or training services directly.

2. No Liability & Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

CPR Course Connector, Hale CPR LLC, Dannielle Hale, and any affiliated, owned, or related companies or entities assume no liability for:

• Course content, instruction quality, or educational outcomes
• Scheduling errors, conflicts, cancellations, or rescheduling
• Instructor conduct or student conduct
• Certification eligibility, issuance, or acceptance
• Compliance with local, state, or federal regulations

All services listed or scheduled through the Platform are provided solely by independent instructors and/or training sites, not by CPR Course Connector.

3. Instructor & Training Site Responsibility

Instructors and training sites using the Platform acknowledge and agree that they retain full and sole responsibility and liability for:

• Scheduling accuracy and availability
• Resolving scheduling conflicts or course-related disputes
• Course delivery, instruction, and educational quality
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and certifying body requirements
• Meeting all educational, instructional, and certification standards
• Maintaining appropriate insurance, licenses, and credentials

CPR Course Connector does not supervise, control, or validate instructors or training sites.

4. Educational & Compliance Disclaimer

CPR Course Connector does not verify or guarantee that any course, instructor, or training site meets certification, regulatory, or employer-specific requirements. Users are responsible for confirming that any course meets their individual needs or regulatory obligations.

5. Subscription Services & Payments

Certain features of CPR Course Connector may require a paid subscription.

• All subscription fees are non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds for subscription services, including partial billing periods or unused time.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

6. Cancellation Policy

Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before the renewal period to avoid future charges.

If you are unable to cancel your subscription for any reason, you must contact support at: support@cprcourseconnector.com

Failure to cancel before renewal does not guarantee a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPR Course Connector, Hale CPR LLC, Dannielle Hale, and any affiliated or owned entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CPR Course Connector, Hale CPR LLC, Dannielle Hale, and any related entities from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Courses you provide or attend
• Violations of these Terms
• Violations of any applicable laws or regulations

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Hale CPR LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
